Biography
Christina Winter has a long background in customer and community services and political organizing. Whether it’s her work at a clinic, helping clients to access healthcare and navigate insurance or at a constituency office, helping constituents obtain services from the provincial government, Christina helps people navigate complex situations with compassion and care.
We are facing multiple overlapping crises – healthcare, climate, affordability, and housing. These challenges are daunting, but they are solvable. We can implement better pay structures to recruit and retain healthcare professionals. We can address the inadequate supply of homes. We can introduce affordability measures like free transit. We can future-proof our homes and communities against heat domes, droughts, and other climate disasters. All of this is possible – it just requires political will.
Christina Winter is running to be your MLA for Victoria-Swan Lake because we need politicians who are ready to break away from business as usual. We need leaders who will work across party lines and prioritize the well-being of British Columbians. Christina is that leader, dedicated to driving the change we need for a better future.
