Executive Director, SOS Division of Family Practice — 2017 to Present

As the Executive Director of the SOS Division of Family Practice, I have demonstrated my ability to lead, strategize, and drive results in complex healthcare environments. My role involves fostering collaboration, managing resources, and advocating for the improvement of healthcare services in the South Okanagan region.

Key Achievements and Responsibilities:

  1. Healthcare Improvement: Successfully led healthcare improvement initiatives, collaborating with local health authorities, indigenous communities, and community health leaders to align goals and resources for better health outcomes.
  2. Strategic Planning: Developed and executed strategic plans that optimized outcomes within resource constraints, recognizing the challenges of physician recruitment and the priority of clinic work.
