Otis is passionate about making Canada a better place—starting with St. John’s East. He believes that by listening to the community and working together, we can develop effective, long-term solutions to create a better, more sustainable society.

Through conversations with community members, he has repeatedly heard the same concerns: inadequate healthcare, lack of affordable housing, rising education costs, and the ever-increasing cost of living—especially food prices. He believes these challenges can and must be addressed by the federal government. By listening to the community and working together, Otis believes we can develop effective, long-term solutions to create a better, more sustainable society—one with high-quality healthcare, accessible education, reliable and affordable food production, a thriving job market, and housing that keeps pace with our growing population.
