Dear Constituent,

My name is Brandon Pringle. I was born in Nelson, British Columbia in 1969. I grew up in a safe and prosperous time in Canada. While we were poor, my parents worked the land faithfully and harvested a wonderful crop of squash, corn, zucchini, kohlrabi, and many other vegetables. One of the wonderful desserts my mom would make was lemon or chocolate zucchini cake! I grew up never knowing what store-bought pickles tasted like as my parents grew their own cucumbers and canned their own pickles!

My parents also harvested about 300 pounds of tomatoes each fall, and the green ones would ripen over months and so we could have fresh toasted bacon and tomato sandwiches even into December!

From the time I was young, my mother was very active in the pro-life community, and I have her to thank for my extensive knowledge of the most important cause for any nation that understands our literal survival is in extreme danger. My mother was well known in the community for her extremely well informed and exceptional letters to the editor found regularly in the local newspaper. I mention this because the pro-life community is deeply committed to placing infinite value on all human life. The pro-life community was also at the vanguard of predicting the fall of our civilization if we allowed the evil of abortion to continue. 40 years ago, the pro-life community warned about the dangers of the medical profession becoming avenues of death rather than avenues of life if abortion was allowed to continue. Over 4 million innocent lives have been taken by this barbaric evil. This is the entire population of Alberta! In Ecclesiastes we read: “Since fools base their thoughts on foolish premises, their conclusions will be wicked madness.” Ecc 10:13

Even communist China has ended their 1 child policy as they are witnessing a population and economic collapse due to their murderous communist ideology. We have seen additional chickens come home to roost as over 60,000 Canadians have been murdered under the cruel and brutal MAID program by a government and medical practitioners who have no value for life. In Proverbs 14:28 we read “A growing population is a kings glory; a dwindling nation is his doom.” 13

These lives are not nameless or faceless humans. These are divine living spiritual beings created in the very image of a living and loving Creator and our medical system considers them as expendable! The government and medical practitioners often decry Hitler as guilty of the most heinous crimes in history - even while they commit the very same atrocities!

I have been a Christian for more than 40 years, yet only a short 5 years ago I found myself on my knees repenting for how little I stood for truth and justice. Oh, I knew the issues and I knew the evil that was going on, but I believed the excuse that all I could do was vote. "A vote for conservatives is a vote for Jesus." No one said this out loud - but this is exactly what has been practiced by the church. In the Bible we read "...the Lord looked and was displeased to find that there was no justice. He was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed." Isaiah 59:15 & 16

I realized that in the parable of the Good Samaritan, the religious people - today's church - were the ones who walked by the person in the ditch! Jesus was rebuking the church! The church has been quiet and silent while the most horrific evils are being committed. I understood that if I were to truly live out what it truly means to be a Christian – a follower of Christ - it was my duty and my responsibility to be the hands and feet and VOICE of Jesus Christ.

The Christian Heritage Party is a party that seeks to honor the sacrifice Jesus made so that we can be free.

Jesus gave us His everything, and the very least we can do is make the small sacrifices that are necessary to preserve the opportunity for our children to grow up in the blessed, prosperous, mostly innocent, and safe nation Canada used to be. I close with this most sobering Bible verse from the book of Amos:

“You drink wine by the bowlful, and fragrance yourselves with the latest perfumes, caring nothing that your nation is going to ruin.” Amos 6:6
